It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ellen Hall of Moscow Mills, Missouri, who passed away on February 27, 2021, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Charley "Bill" and Nettie Elledge (Shamblin); and her brother Jim Elledge. She is survived by: her children, Rhonda Weinland, Frank "Bud" Payton and Jim Payton; her sisters, Imogene Sullivan and June Patterson; and her close friends, Carolyn Bates and Molly Hall. She is also survived by seven grandchildren, ten great-grandchildren.
