Billie Jean Cappel Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Billie Jean Cappel of Moscow Mills, Missouri, who passed away on March 19, 2021, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Vernett and Lily Shafer Sr. (Brower); her husband Billy Bob Cappel; her siblings, Vernett Shafer Jr. and Betty Sue Braungardt; and her siblings-in-law, Elnora "Tootie" Shafer and Miller Braungardt.
She is survived by: her children, Sue Cappel of Moscow Mills, Larry Cappel (Melinda) of Moscow Mills and Terry Cappel (Michelle) of Moscow Mills; her grandchildren, Shane Cappel (Katie), Stephanie Harris (Jim), Tim Cappel (Jenna), Kurtis Cappel, Emily Ashton and Keith Cappel (Ashlyn); and her great grandchildren, Lexi Brown (Chris Belics), Brady Cappel, Andrew Harris, Emilee Harris (Cole Rhodes), Jack Cappel, Quinn Cappel, Kaylee Cappel, Ella Cappel, George Cappel, Chloe Cappel and Julia Cappel. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
