He was predeceased by: his parents, Denzel L. Keith and Leota M. Keith (Wallace). He is survived by: his siblings, Dennis Keith (Evelyn) of Willard, MO, Shirley Mitchell of Aldrich, MO, Connie Dunaway of Pleasant Hope, MO and Roger Keith (Angela) of Mt. Vernon, MO.. He is also survived by four nephews, four nieces, seven great-nephews, five great-nieces and one great-great-nephew.
Visitation was held on Friday, December 27th 2024 from 11:30 AM to 1:30 PM at the Butler Funeral Home - Bolivar (407 E Broadway St, Bolivar, MO 65613). A graveside service was held on Friday, December 27th 2024 at 3:00 PM at the John's Chapel Cemetery.
