She is survived by: her husband Donald Jacobsen; her children, Gary (Pam) of Salisbury, MD, Teri Adamson (John) of Bryan, TX, Scott (Tami) of Madison and Michael (Laure) of Winchester, KY; her grandchildren, Zachary, Morgan, Danielle, Garrett, Jordan and Allie; and her great grandchildren, Rylie, Waylon and Collins.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to The Lighthouse of Hope church in Morrisville.
