He was predeceased by: his parents, Hubert Cecil and Hattie Elva Carver (Dunlap); and his siblings, Frank Carver, Betty Whitley and Huberta Keith.
He is survived by: his wife Rhonda Hicks; and his children, Randy Carver (Colleen), Jason Carver (Dena), Susan Wilson (Donnie) and Cindy Johnston (Dale). He is also survived by three grandchildren and four great grandchildren; as well as many other relatives and friends.
