He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugene Mangan and Katherine Mangan (Roberson). He is survived by: his children, Steven Franklin Mangan (Jenny), Michael Eugene Mangan (Heather), Daniel Scott Mangan and Emily Nicole Mangan (Christopher); and his grandchildren, Connor Franklin Mangan and Declan Robert Mangan. He is also survived by one sister, four brothers, as well as numerous nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
