He was predeceased by: his parents, Osba Roosevelt and Opal Ann Ross (Smith); his former wife Janet Klingsporn; and his children, Connie and Daniel Lee.
He is survived by: his wife Onita Cheek; his daughter Jill Hanson (Greg); and his granddaughters, Whitney Shephard, Hailey Webster, Megan Shepherd and Hannah Hall. He is also survived by four great grandchildren, as well as a host of nieces and nephews and many friends.
Due to the pandemic a Celebration of Jerry's Life will be held at a later date.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to CMH Hospice or a charity of your choice.
