He is survived by: his parents, Kelly Crain and Lois Crain; his wife Bailey Crain; his children, Brailey, Kailey and Kelly Cash Crain; his sibling Shelly Davis (Sean); his nieces and nephews, Bryce and Reese Davis; his brother Jay Crain (Callie); his siblings, Camden and Colby Case Crain; and also Carlie.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to a scholarship fund being set up for Codey's children.
