He is survived by: his children, Michael O'Neal of New Orleans, Louisiana, Kimberly Barnett of Bertrand and Terry Brunzel (Vernon) of Essex, Missouri; and his siblings, Jim O'Neal of Morley, Abraham O'Neal of Morley, Monnie Emerson of Advance, Sarah Milam of Morley, Peggy Vanover of St. Charles, Missouri and Barbara Brock of St. Charles, Missouri. He is also survived by twenty grandchildren, sixteen great-grandchildren, and one great-great-grandchild.
