He is survived by: his children, Tony Powell (Cindy) of Sikeston, Brent Powell (Cheryl) of Morley and Kim Davis (David) of Blytheville, Arkansas; and his sister Imogene Burton of Michigan City, Indiana. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
