Though Ervin may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Ervin touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. He was predeceased by: his parents, Leroy Belcher and Della England Toliver; and his sister Jewel Martin. He is survived by: his children, Jonathan Belcher of Kennett, Missouri, Kevin Belcher of Kennett, Missouri and Dennell Skala of Morley; and his sister Loretta Davis of Dumas, Mississippi. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren and twelve great-grandchildren.
