He was predeceased by: his parent Evert Earl. He is survived by: his wife Bonnie Goehman Woods; his sons, Josh Woods of Morley, David Woods of Cape Girardeau and Darin Woods of Oran, Missouri; and his siblings, Gary D. Woods and Pamela Goehman (Robert) of Morley, Missouri. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
