He is survived by: his wife Marilyn Pearson Gilliland; his children, Billy Gilliland Jr. (Michele), Cathy Downing and JoAnn Daniels (Terry); and his siblings, Robert Gilliland of Kansas City, MO, Leonard Gilliland of St. Louis, MO, David Gilliland of Thayer, MO, Janet Blackburn of Sikeston, Geraldine Colter of Sikeston, Diane Thatcher of Sikeston and Nancy Pruitt of Morley. He is also survived by six grandchildren, and six great grandchildren.
