He is survived by: his spouse Shirley Estes Howard; his daughters, Regina Bich of Spokane, Wash, Lily Rutz of Festus and Leslie Gardner of Festus; his stepchildren, Sherry Salois of St. Louis and Douglas Howard of Scott City; his siblings, Merle Hopper of Oran, James Hopper of Sikeston, Margaret Masters of Oran and Mable Armstrong of Sikeston; his grandchildren, Justin, Brandon, Jessie Bich, Dustin Hicks, Jason Hopper, Avery, Aaliyah and Aveon Gardner; and his stepgrandsons, Alexander and Dylan Salois.
