She was predeceased by: her parents, James Thomas Breeden and Mary Elizabeth Little-Breeden; and her spouse Marlin Lee "Moe" Swinger. She is survived by: her daughter Pamela K. Stepp (John) of Matthews, Missouri; her grandson Bradley Stepp (Amanda) of Virginia; and her great grandchildren, Cassidy Stepp and Madison Stepp.

Memorial donations may be sent to the American Diabetes Association in her memory.
