He was predeceased by: his parent James Andrew; his son Jeffrey Parker; and his siblings, Albert Parker, Odell Parker, Robert Parker, Ella Williams, Roxy Boyle, Norma Jean Skalsky and Grace Powell.

He is survived by: his parent Mollie Rose Ann Warren; his spouses, Cynthia "Jimmie" Smith and Beulah Parker of Morehouse; and his children, Tony Parker (Tina) of Sikeston and Sharon Knuckles (Rick) of Sikeston.
