Laura Ruth Oelrichs Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Laura Ruth Oelrichs of Mora, Missouri, who passed away on March 9, 2025, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, H. W. Becker and Amanda Becker (Heess); her husband Raymond F. Oelrichs; her brothers, Charles Becker and Norman Becker; her grandson Eric Oelrichs; and her son-in-law Michael Rose.
She is survived by: her children, Rhonda Rose of Alexandria, VA, Steven Oelrichs (Kimberlee) of Mora, Wayne Oelrichs of Mora and Ron Oelrichs of Mora; her siblings, Dorothy Tankersley (Paul) of Versailles and Edward Becker (Alma) of Lebanon; her grandchildren, Michelle Loughery (Sean), Janelle Strathman (Joe), Amber Carver (Dustin), Darin Oelrichs (Tara), Riley Oelrichs and Andrew Oelrichs; and her stepgrandchildren, Margaret Lindsley, Alice McDonald (Rafael) and Michael Rose, Jr.. She is also survived by seven great-grandchildren; six step great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Saturday, March 15th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Heckart Funeral Home & Cremation Services (903 S Ohio Ave, Sedalia, MO 65301). A funeral service was held on Saturday, March 15th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
The family suggests memorial contributions to St. Paul's Lutheran Church Daycare in care of Heckart Funeral Home.
