She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert William and Vivian Elaine Urwiller Blomenkamp; and her brothers-in-law, Mike Talbutt and Fred Kent. She is survived by: her wife Anita Blomenkamp Frazier of Mooresville; her stepdaughter Rebeca Cosgrove of Braymer; and her siblings, Patricia Kent of Bend, Oregon, Peggy Ames of Boulder Creek, California, Sharon Talbutt of Rogue River, Oregon, Susan Drabick of East Boston, Massachusetts, Mark Blomenkamp (Deborah) of Salem, Oregon and Kathleen Blomenkamp of Reno, Nevada. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
