It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carrol Kay Rotert of Montrose, Missouri, born in Clinton, Missouri, who passed away on September 21, 2023, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Kenneth Meadows and Virginia Meadows (Green); her husband Arthur Rotert; and her sister Linda Meadows. She is survived by: her sisters-in-law, Carol A Rotert, Rose Wainscott, Lorene Horn and Margie Jennings (Gary); her nieces and nephews, Mike Rottinghaus, Sheila Munk (Scott), Gina Saunders (Bob), Lisa Voges (Brandon), Ricky Wainscott (Misty), Tim Wainscott, Tina Simmons, Lori Wainscott, Theresa Mesa (Stephen), Mike Horn (Dawn), Sarah Bartley (Jeff), Tom Horn (Bhavi), Wendy Hunt, John Jennings (Stacey), David Roberts (Sam), Chris Apsher (Kelly) and Sherri Farmer (Mike); and her pet IV Rose.
Memorial contributions can be made to Immaculate Conception Church or to St. Mary's School and may be left in care of the funeral home.
