She was predeceased by: her parents, William Spearman and Louise Spearman (Shutters). She is survived by: her husband Donald Sappington; her children, Jason Ling of Kaiser, Eric Sappington of Jefferson City and Barbra Bently (Kyle) of Crane, Missouri; her grandchildren, Skyler, Annie, Cameron, Jack, Lucas, Madison and Sophia; and her sister Jackie Phillips of Beaumont, Texas.
