He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis Vance and Dollie Vance (Head); and his siblings, Juanita Rowden and Roy Vance. He is survived by: his wife Patty Vance; his children, Randy (Teresa Vance), Scott (Nila Vance) and Donita (David Wiss); his sister Kay Rowden; and his grandchildren, Brit, Bradley, Amanda, Jennifer, Jonathan and Chanel. He is also survived by numerous great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews and friends.
