With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Thelma Lavon Humphrey of Monticello, Missouri, who passed away on July 2, 2020 at the age of 90. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry C. Jenkins and Linnie Briscoe Jenkins; her husband Donald Humphrey; and her siblings, Erma Ray (Ross) and Linton Jenkins (Carol).

She is survived by: her daughters, Beth Ann Bringer (Bob) of Quincy and Sharon Linn Scifres (Vancell) of Monticello; her grandchildren, Brandon Bringer (Krista Ferguson) of Quincy, Breanna Troup (Michael) of Quincy, Lance Scifres of Providence Forge and Kayla McBride (Seth) of Hannibal; her great grandchildren, Cassey Bringer, Gage Bringer, Amber Bringer, Logan McBride and Maggie McBride; and her stepgreat-grandchildren, Cooper Ferguson, Jordan Ferguson and Mya Kinter. She is also survived by several nieces & nephews.

Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society or the First Baptist Church of Ewing.
