It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Hazel I. McDermott of Monticello, Missouri, who passed away on September 10, 2023, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Nolan Stewart and Leona Bringer Stewart; her daughter Paula Lang; and her sisters, Leta McDermott, Shirley Jarvis and Nina Porter.
She is survived by: her sons, Dale McDermott (Jami) of St. Charles and Roger McDermott (Kim) of Quincy; her grandchildren, Lauren McDermott, Conner McDermott, Heather McDermott, Jessica McDermott, April McAfee and Suzanne Duncan; her great grandchildren, Konner Allensworth, Arianna McDermott, Rowan Summers, Drew McAfee and Emma McAfee; and her sisters, Ruth Willis (Harold) of Quincy and Doris Rayl (Ron) of Granite City. She is also survived by several nieces & nephews.
