It is with great sadness that we announce the death of David Earl Porter of Monticello, Missouri, born in Quincy, Illinois, who passed away on August 18, 2022, at the age of 53, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his mother Patricia E. Golbricht Porter. He is survived by: his father Richard E. Porter (Janet) of Lewistown; his wife Kim Sloan Hackemack On of Monticello; his children, Jesse Porter, Sam Porter (Kailey) of Pleasant Hill, MO and Brooke Porter; his friend Wyatt Logsdon; his granddaughters, Falon and Scarlett Porter of Pleasant Hill, MO; and his siblings, Rick Porter (Karen) of Lewistown and Peggy Jennings (Gregg) of La Grange, MO. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
The family suggests memorials be made to The Crossing at 48th and Maine Street, Quincy, IL or to the Lewistown Cemetery Association, Lewistown, MO.
