It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Richard Dennis Howell Sr. of Montgomery City, Missouri, born in Pacific, Missouri, who passed away on June 5, 2023, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Howell and Vivian Howell (Mitchell); his sister Ruby Marie Rainwater; and his son Timothy Martin Howell. He is survived by: his wife Betty Howell (Brown); and his children, Deborah Riegel (Elmer), Richard Dennis Howell Jr., Cynthia Ann Howell, Jaime Deichmann (Dereks) and Jason Davis. He is also survived by thirteen grandchildren, and twenty-three great-grandchildren along with numerous extended friends and family.
