It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mindy Christian of Montgomery City, Missouri, born in Columbia, Missouri, who passed away on January 19, 2021, at the age of 40, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Mardel Harlan and Joseph Jackson; her great-grandparent Elizabeth Christian; her cousin Nicki Nation; and her half-brothers, Darren Sheets and Damon Sheets.
She is survived by: her mother Beverly Sue Dowell (Christian) of Martinsburg; her close friend Thomas Eugene Maggard of Montgomery City; her daughter Kalli Brook Maggard of Martinsburg; her stepchildren, Craig Allen Maggard, Michael Wayne Maggard, Ryan James Maggard and Kristen Eileen Maggard of Holts Summit; her father Steven LaVerne Dowell of Columbia; her sister Carissa Lynn; her brother-in-law Brian "Shorty" Davis of St. Marys, Georgia; her nieces and nephews, Kennedy Alexis Davis of Valdosta, Kristian Malaki Davis and Legend Grace Davis of St. Marys, Georgia; her half-sisters, Crystal Hudson of Wellsville and Chere Appleton of Yukon, Oklahoma; and also Gavin Christopher Maggard of Montgomery City. She is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins and many friends.
