She was predeceased by: her parents, Claude Lay and Velma Haire Lay; and her brothers, Harold Lay, Dennis Lay and David Lay.
She is survived by: her children, Donald Powell (Sandy) of St. Peters, MO, Vicki Hodge of Montgomery City, MO, Mike Powell of Montgomery City, MO and David Powell (Carla) of St. Charles, MO.; and her grandsons, Jonathon and Daniel Powell. She is also survived by other numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren and friends.
