She is survived by: her sons, Richard Adam Czerniewski, Jr. (Donna) of Perry, Greg Czerniewski (Lu) of Montgomery City and Kevin Czerniewski (Lisa) of Wright City, Missouri; her grandchildren, Mike Czerniewski, Heather Breakfield, Jennifer Eckert, Veronica Klaus, Samantha Roberts, Eric Czerniewski, Zac Czerniewski and Adam Czerniewski; and her great grandchildren, Madaline, Harleigh, Jaxson, Holly, Kaylee, Christopher, Melaynee, Ella, Zoe, Adeline, Emma, Greenlee, Emmitt, Maveric, William, Paislee and Sawyer. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and friends.
