He was predeceased by: his parents, Walker Warden Stevens and Bertha Marie Hudson Stevens; his wife Marilyn Stevens; his siblings, Ruth Hart (Pete Hart) and Walker Warden Stevens, Jr.; and his grandson Tyler Stevens.

He is survived by: his children, Melba Price (Bill) of Jefferson City, Barry Stevens (Donna) of Ashland and Mark Stevens (Cherie) of Montgomery City; his grandchildren, Dr. Kendra Price-Salyer (Jim), Katelyn Price, Jerick Schrock, Kassandra Price, Ben Stevens, Josh Stevens and Angela Stevens; and his great grandchildren, Katherine, Samuel Stevens, Will Salyer and Walker Stevens. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews and friends.
