He is survived by: his wife Janis Hoormann Milzark of Mineola, MO; his children, Johnny Goldsborough of St. Louis, MO, Richie Milzark of St. Louis, MO and Makenzie Milzark (Kameron Brooks) of Lexington, KY; his grandchildren, Kristin Goldsborough, Kara Goldsborough, Jordan "Bear" Milzark and Kamella Brooks; his brother John Milzark (Paulette) of Hazelwood, MO; and his sister-in-law Barb Milzark of Montgomery City, MO. He is also survived by numerous nephews, nieces, cousins, and friends.
