Goughnour II; his wife Debbie Goughnour; the mother of his children Sharon Goughnour of Springfield, IL; his daughter Shelly L. Shaw (Kevin) of Springfield, IL; his stepdaughter Meghan Gulledge (Alvin) of Monroe City, MO; his sister Barbara Williams (Robert) of Melbourne, FL; his sister-in-law Marilyn Goughnour of Corydon, IA; his nieces, Gabriella Eaton (Rick) and Anne Alberhasky (Mike); his great-nieces, Auden and Olivia of Des Moines, IA; his sister-in-law Karen Donovan (Dale) of Mexico, MO; his nephews, Sean Donovan and Alfonso Diaz of Chicago, IL; his grandchildren, Ausitn, Katie, Collin, Beau Goughnour of Quincy, IL, Makayla Johnson of Bowling Green, MO and Andrew McClusky of Monroe City, MO; and his great grandchildren, Adalyn Johnson of Bowling Green, MO, Nash and Navy Goughnour of Quincy, IL..
Visitation was held on Thursday, February 20th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM. A funeral service was held on Friday, February 21st 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Gerner Funeral Home.
Memorial will go to Shriners Children's Hospital in St. Louis, MO and The American Heart Association.
