She was predeceased by: her parents, John Henry and Edna Mayfield; her siblings, Caroline, Johnny Ray, Wanda, Phillip and Timothy; and her grandson Kingston.
She is survived by: her children, Corey Mayfield, Chance Mayfield and Megan Mayfield of Monroe City; and her siblings, Virginia Douglas (Charles) of Macon, Gloria Lampkin (William) of Macon, Lisa Mayfield of Mexico, Sharon Santana of Houston, Terry Mayfield of Monroe City, Robert and Mickey Mayfield of Atlanta, Georgia.. She is also survived by 19 grandchildren, 6 great grandchildren, numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
