He is survived by: his children, Amanda Copenhaver (Dillon) and Darrin Tallmage (Mellisa); his sister Charlotte Ann Cook; his grandchildren, Katelyn Shuck, Makayla Shuck and Blake Shuck; and his nephew Karen Salmon.
