He was predeceased by: his mother Penny Sue Fishback. He is survived by: his father Nicholas Dean Mudd; his brother Jamie Mudd (Sabrina); and his nephews, Gavin Mudd and Grady Mudd. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Cardinal Glennon Children's Hospital in St. Louis or Monroe City Christian Church in memory of Michael Dean Mudd, a beloved son, brother, uncle, and friend whose light will continue to shine in the hearts of those who knew and loved him.
