He is survived by: his father John Miller (Elsie) of Cape Girardeau, MO; his children, Brian Miller (Jackie) of Monroe City, MO, David Miller (Kelly) of Vandalia, MO, Sarah Kendrick (Brian) of Paris, MO and Carl Miller of Monroe City, MO; his sisters, Sonja Walkup (Johnny) of Stoutsville, MO, Debbie Green (Jeff) of Eldon, MO and Paula Gamble (Ron) of Monroe City, MO; and his grandchildren, Carson, Makenna, Avery, Kylie, Dillion, Logan, Colton, Tristen and Amber.
