She is survived by: her children, Paul Washington (Rita) of Monroe City, MO, Edward Washington (Leslie) of Monroe City, MO, Michael Washington of Columbia, MO and Charletta Washington of Monroe City, MO; and her sister Orpha Smith of Kansas City, MO. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren, and a host of nieces and nephews.

Memorial contributions may be made to Monroe City Senior Nutrition Center.
