He was predeceased by: his brother Sonny Mack Johnson. He is survived by: his sister Birdie Lou Johnson; and his grandparents, Frank, Deanna Harris of Monroe City, MO, Kim, Tim Flanigan of Paris, MO and Kenneth Johnson of Columbia, MO. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins.
