He was predeceased by: his parents, George R. Scott and Elizabeth Scott of Washington; his wife Doris L. Osborne of Washington; his stepdaughter Doris Osborne; and his siblings, Pauline Bryd, Charles of Washington, Margaret Bowen, William of Washington, Chester of Washington, Mary Frances Baker, Bobby Joe of Washington, Velma Jean Small, Richard of Washington and Marilyn Bassett.
He is survived by: his stepchildren, Beverly Talton (Robert) of Atlanta, GA and Adrienne Scott (George) of Savannah, GA; and his sister Alice V. Talton of Monroe City, MO. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and extended family.
