He is survived by: his wife Leota May Deichman; his children, William Joseph Shoemyer of Paris, MO, Ellie Lee Lugena (Houston) of Monroe City, MO and James Lewis of Monroe City, MO; and his grandchildren, Rachel Shoemyer, Jaclyn Shoemyer, John Bradlee Lugena, Navada Lewis, Jhett Lewis and Vera Lewis.
