He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Campbell and Ethel Mae Campbell (Hays); and his stepson Chris Myers. He is survived by: his wife Phyllis; his daughter Amanda Conner of Palmyra; his stepsons, David Myers (Lisa) and Tony Myers (Amber) of Kearney, MO.; his grandchildren, Jed, Luke, Elaina, Nathan Myers, Caleb, Carson, Cole, Chloe, Cate Myers, Logan Conner and Austin Conner; his great grandchildren, Tristan, Maverick, Ava Jayne and Isaiah; his siblings, Roberta Dodson (Harley), Cecilia and Joe Campbell (Diane); and his brother-in-law Deacon Tom Whalen.
