He was predeceased by: his parents, Jimmie Boothe and Sylvia Roselott Boothe; his spouse Ella Margaretta Boothe; and his sister Rita Hansen (Lyle). He is survived by: his son Phillip Boothe (Diana); his grandchildren, Phillip Achor, Ryan Boothe (Sandra), Tony Robinson (Katherine), Cody Boothe (Erica), Deanna Jane McSwain (Taylor) and John Boothe; his significant other Judy Colliver; his grandchildren, Julie Powell, Cole McSwain, Sierra Schwartz, Avery Hirner and Cooper Hirner; and also, Bismark, Rockford, Glenda Sue Schable and Walnut Ridge. He is also survived by 9 great grandchildren and his loving friend.
