He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Frances "Fran" Couch; his children, Debbie Osbourne (Rodney), Marty Long (Janet) of Hannibal and Joe Long of Monroe City; and his grandsons, Jason Osbourne of Monroe City and Brian Osbourne of Ventura.
