He was predeceased by: his parents, Helen Lorraine and Jospeh Glenwood Chinn; and his brother Joshua Michael Chinn. He is survived by: his wife Diana Chinn; his children, Kristin Lori Jacobs (Corey Jacobs) of Oklahoma, One and Joseph "Butch" Chinn of Oklahoma; his grandchildren, Michaela Rowlen, Kade Chinn, Cole Rowlen and Hannah Chinn; his stepchildren, Robin Blubaugh of Kansas and Thomas Poole; and his grandson Garrett Poole of Tennessee.
Fred was on the Missouri donor listing and was selected to donate his corneas.
