Sapp and Nancy Kay Brown Sapp; his spouse Sara Beth Hufendick Sapp; his sons, Toby Benjamin Sapp and Keaton Walker Sapp; his grandmothers, Helen Sapp and Marjorie Brown; and also, Richard, Nancy Sapp of Virginia, IL, Toby Benjamin Sapp and Keaton Walker Sapp.
In lieu of flowers the family suggests memorials to The Toby and Keaton Sapp Education Fund, Monroe City Youth Football, or the Army Corps of Engineers Deer Hunt for Disabled Individuals.
