He was predeceased by: his parents, Virgil Mullenix and Erma Mullenix; and his sister Soundra Kay Mullenix. He is survived by: his wife Karen; his sister Glenda Sue of Lakin, KS; his daughters, Stacha Duffy of Henderson, NV, Shannon Shafer of Westville, OK, Robyn Lewis of Centerton, AR and Lori Daniels of Lowell, AR; his stepdaughters, Jennifer Wann of The Villages, FL and Joelle Sanders of Wentzville, MO; his grandchildren, Felicia Carrender of Bella Vista, AR, Skyler Brown, Austin Lewis of Bentonville, AR, Logan Duffy, Salt, Anna Duffy and Jackson Shafer; and his stepgrandchildren, Eric Wann of Louisville, KY, Kevin Wann of College Station, TX, Tyler Horner of Wentzville, MO and Abigail Horner of Springfield, MO.. He is also survived by his extended family including all of his aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
Because of COVID 19, he will have a memorial service in the spring of 2021 at Holiday Island Presbyterian Church, Holiday Island, AR where as an ordained elder, he spent many hours worshiping and working for his Father in Heaven.
