She is survived by: her husband William Richard Chapman; her children, Joe Chapman of Pierce City, Jim Chapman (Karla) of Pierce City and Susan Butterworth (John) of Verona; her grandchildren, Stacy Nixon, Amy Ridenour, Jace Butterworth, Ashley Middleton, Jennifer Kleiboeker, Jacob Chapman and Brittany Middleton; and her great grandchildren, J. J. Nixon, Lilia Nixon, David Golightly, Carter Golightly, McKinley Middleton and Evan Middleton.
Memorial contributions have been suggested to the Waldensian Cemetery in care of the funeral home.
