He is survived by: his children, Cindy Hollinger (Steve) of Paola, KS, Steve Caldwell (Barbara) of Saginaw, TX, David Caldwell (Missy) of Rocky Comfort, MO and Jane Planchon (Randy) of Basehor, KS; his grandchildren, Amy Verstraete (Jake) of Republic, MO, Kaylee White (Paul) of Louisburg, KS, Crayton Caldwell (Kseniya) of Bonner Springs, KS, Zach Caldwell (Carlie) of Overland Park, KS, Nathan Planchon (Jordan) of Wylie, TX and Cooper Caldwell (Allison) of Shawnee, KS; his great grandchildren, Raleigh, Paityn Verstraete, Harper White, Gavin, Sofia Caldwell, Mason, Hadley Caldwell and Amelia Planchon; his close friend Loretta Hurlbut; and his son-in-law Randall Scott Hollinger.
