He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd VanDerhoef and Elinore VanDerhoef (Gipson); and his parents-in-law, John and Leona Latshaw. He is survived by: his wife Sharon Kay Latshaw; his children, Valerie Friederich (Brett) of Wichita, KS and Dan VanDerhoef (Leilani) of Cassville, MO; his granddaughters, Ella Friederich, Lorelei and Lyndsie VanDerhoef; and his siblings, Mike VanDerhoef of Eagle Rock, MO, Bill Vanderhoef (Gwen) of Strafford, MO and Nancy (John Cook) of Allenspark, CO.
