He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael B. Campbell and Katherine M. Campbell (Hanlon); his son Terrance Anthony Campbell; and his siblings, Tom, Ed, Bernard, Pat, Bill, Freida, Katherine, Ann, Teresa and Carolyn.
He is survived by: his wife Kay; his children, Jeff Campbell (Evelyn) of Monett and Melissa Culp (Jason) of Smithton, Missouri; his brother Robert Campbell of Sarcoxie Prairie; his grandchildren, Adam, Kaitlyn and Eric; and his great grandchildren, Olivia, Owen and Morgan.
Memorial donations for Terry may be made to St. Mary's Catholic Church in Pierce City, Missouri.
