It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sue Ann Childress of Monett, Missouri, born in Aurora, Missouri, who passed away on February 16, 2021, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Russell Robbins and Ella Nancy Robbins (Hilton); and her siblings, Russell Robbins, MaryLou Hillhouse, Barb Bushnell and Joy Robbins.
She is survived by: her husband Earl; her children, Mendy Hubbard (Alan) of Aurora, Dennis Childress (Beverly) of Monett and Doug Childress (Susan) of Monett; her grandchildren, Emily Bossert, Allison Hubbard-Deckard (Wesley), Jared Childress, Matthew Childress, Nicholas Childress, Michael Childress and Sarah Childress; her great grandchild Alla Bossert; and her sister Charlotte Waggoner (David) of Aurora. She is also survived by extended family and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions have been suggested to benefit the music ministry at New Site Baptist Church in care of the funeral home.
